Q: Which countries do you ship to?
A: We can ship world wide!
Q: What is the expected time of delivery for my order?
A: Estimated delivery time in Norway is 7 workdays. For international shipments it has varied between 2 weeks and 1.5 months.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Unfortunately due to cost, your order will not be trackable. You will get an e-mail with confirmation the day your order is sent.
Q: I want passepartout, any suggestions to frames I can buy?
A: If you want passepartout you should buy a frame that is larger than the pictures. For the 50×70 prints, Ikea got frames that includes passepartout. These frames are 70×100 and will include passepartout. For the 40×50 prints I recommend buying a 50×70 frame.
Q: If I got questions about my order, checkout, address etc. how can I contact you?
